The Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8078, of September 11, 1990) Art.49 that deals with the "RIGHT OF REGRET", directs that the total refund of the amount paid in a hotel reservation be made if the customer has made the reservation less than seven days ago, but here at Baleia Franca Ferrugem, the reservation cancellation can be done in the following ways:
Cancellation up to 60 days in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid, minus card fee or bank fee, and the amount paid may also be used as credit for future accommodation.
Cancellation up to 45 days in advance: 70% refund of the amount paid, minus card fee or bank fee, and the amount paid may also be used as credit for future accommodation.
Cancellation with less than 45 days: there will be no refund of the amount paid, but the amount paid can be credited for a future stay.
ATTENTION!! This policy does not apply to reservations made through the sales channels BOOKING.COM, DECOLAR, EXPEDIA, CVC, HOTEL.COM and the like, where each of them has its own specific cancellation policy and the inn respects all of them.
No Show (non-attendance):
The suite will remain available for 24 hours from the scheduled check-in time, after which the suite will be released.
Departure before the end of the period:
The departure or termination of the stay before completing the contracted period, for whatever reason, will not entitle to a refund or refund of the amount paid for the accommodation.
